The Grundfos JMK seal is a cartridge mechanical seal specifically designed for Grundfos pumps, such as the CR and CRN series. Its characteristics are as follows:

  • Performance Parameters: It can operate at a speed of up to 20 m/s, within a temperature range from -30°C to +180°C, and withstand a maximum pressure of 40 bar, enabling it to adapt to a variety of working conditions.
  • Structural Design: It features a cartridge structure, which simplifies installation and maintenance. There is no need to measure the sealing working length. During installation, simply sleeve it on and tighten the bolts of the sealing cover to ensure the assembly quality and avoid leakage issues during startup.
  • Sealing Materials: The sealing face materials are typically silicon carbide, tungsten carbide, etc., possessing high hardness, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. The secondary seal often uses fluorine rubber, ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber, etc., which can adapt to different working media and temperature conditions.
  • Quality Assurance: The production process strictly adheres to quality control standards. From raw material procurement to finished product inspection, each stage is closely monitored to ensure reliable product quality, stable performance, and a long service life.
